Many of you might think that life in a place which is 350 km or 240 miles is very comfortable. Well, it depend on you. In space, there is more easy to loose the bone and muscle. So to prevent it happen astronauts have to exercise about 2 hours per day.

Therefor it is very tiring for everyone. There is no gravity in space so you can lift up a person by using only one finger. Therefor we can not use the equipment that we use on Earth as you can easily lift up anything and you will flying all around so the equipment are spacious made. The common equipment that we using is a treadmill. The things that made this treadmill so different are the ropes and the cylindrical iron wheels. Astronauts must tied themselves on the treadmill and run. Unlike the one we are using on Earth this treadmill will not roll by itself.
